The company’s majority shareholder is Macquarie Lending, the principle lending and investing arm of Macquarie Group.
Fulcrum Pipelines Ltd.

The Company's primary business is the provision of utility infrastructure services to the residential, commercial and industrial markets throughout mainland UK. Fulcrum Pipelines Limited is licensed as an Independent Gas Transporter and Meter Asset Manager, owning and operating gas pipelines and meters that connect properties to the main UK gas networks. Fulcrum has installed, owns and operates gas infrastructure of national significance, including the gas network feeding the 2012 Olympic Stadium and Park.

Visit Energy Assets Energy Assets Pipelines Ltd (EAPL) is an Ofgem licensed independent gas transporter (IGT), which designs, installs, owns and operates natural gas networks at pressures up to 7bar throughout the UK. The company work closely with GIRS accredited contractors to ensure all projects are designed and constructed to the highest possible standard. EAPL forms part of the Energy Assets Group, one of the UK’s leading and fastest growing independent metering businesses, which assists private and public sector customers to improve their energy efficiency through ground breaking technologies, real-time data and innovative customer centric processes.
Indigo Pipelines Ltd.
Visit Indigo Pipelines Indigo Pipelines is an independent, UK based gas transporter, regulated by Ofgem and responsible for safely transporting gas through its networks to over 160,000 residential and commercial properties across the UK. Indigo Pipelines does not sell gas but ensures it is safely and efficiently delivered to consumers on behalf of gas suppliers. Indigo Pipelines was established by SSE plc as SSE Pipelines in 1992 and since then it has grown its network of connections throughout the UK. In 2014 the company was acquired by the Environmental Capital Fund, an infrastructure fund managed by Scottish Equity Partners LLP.
ES Pipelines Ltd.
Visit ES Pipelines Established in 2000 ES Pipelines Ltd has become one of the leading independent gas transporters working with social housing providers, new housing developers, businesses and industry to extend the natural gas network to homes and businesses which have not previously been connected. We primarily adopt gas assets from GIRS accredited companies for new build developments but also manage the extension of the network to existing communities. Forming part of ESP Utilities Group the group also includes ESP Electricity which operates electricity networks for new build developments and the industrial & commercial market.
